Specta is in early preview. Today the only personal data we collect is your email address (and optional practice area, state, and note) when you join the waitlist. We use that information to contact you when there's a seat for you in the product and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for marketing other than direct outreach about Specta.
When the product itself opens, this page will be replaced with a complete privacy notice covering authentication, document storage, court records, and audit logging. Until then, treat this as a holding statement: minimal data, single purpose, no sharing.
